For Professionals

Received product are often without packaging or paperwork. Manual triage and product identification is often the pinch point in the process of receiving product returns whether for refund, repair, refurbishing or recycling.


  • A product is returned…what is it REALLY?

  • Are the components original? (e.g. the original disk drive?)

  • Does the returned item contain all of the required components for a valid return?


This information needs to be on the product itself since packaging is often missing.
